No account, no algorithm, no AI feeds or social media ragebait, just my \nnew blog posts delivered straight to your devices as I publish them, and completely FREE!
\n
How to subscribe to MorganMattR blog
\n
Just copy one of my blog subscription links into your favorite feed reader app such as\nNetNewsWire, Feedly, or\nInoreader:
\n
\n
RSS:
https://morganmattr.com/rss.xml

\n
JSON:
https://morganmattr.com/feed.json

\n
\n
Then:
\n
\n
In your reader app, choose Add or Subscribe to feed.
\n
Paste
https://morganmattr.com/rss.xml
(or the
feed.json
URL).
\n
Done. New posts show up automatically as I publish them.
\n
\n
On Apple iOS, iPadOS, or macOS? Try NetNewsWire!
\n
If you're on a Mac, iPhone, or iPad, I recommend\nNetNewsWire. It's free, open source, and needs\nno account to set up. Just add the feed and you're good to go.
\n
\n
Download NetNewsWire for free on the App Store
\n
\n
On Android? Try Feeder!
\n
On Android, I recommend Feeder.\nIt's also free and open source, needs no account, and works great. Just add the\nfeed and new posts roll in.
\n
\n
Download Feeder for free on Google Play
\n
\n
Prefer to just visit the blog site?
\n
That's totally fine, you can always just keep coming to\nmorganmattr.com/blog in your web browser. The same content there will be\non the RSS and JSON feeds anyway. The nice thing about these RSS/JSON reader apps is that new posts \ncome directly to your device as I publish them, so you don't have to remember to check back here\nperiodically.
\n
Thanks for reading, and thanks for subscribing!
\n",

I self-host everything and do not rely on any third-party platforms, no closed-sourced tools, no endless scrolling, no ai ragebait, no ads. This is just a simple way for me to freely share information out into the world.
\n
Here's what MorganMattR blog supports:
\n
\n
Titles, dates, and body text written in plain markdown, easy development
\n
Images in preview and body texts
\n
RSS and JSON feeds so you can subscribe however you want
\n
Completely self-hosted with simple old-school internet communication style
\n
\n
More to come soon. Social media is toxic these days. \nI created this self-hosted blog to go back to the basics of the internet: here I have a simple place to share positive updates about my life, technology, development, photography, videos, games and more. -->\n",
